What to Expect After Booking a Long-Distance Move
Phase 1: Move Coordinator – We assign you a dedicated moving coordinator to guide you through every step.
Phase 2: Coordinate with Dispatch – We lock in dates, confirm details, and coordinate your route with our dispatch team.
Phase 3: Pickup – Our crew arrives, cross-checks all items with the inventory, handles any needed disassembly, wraps your items with protective material, label and log each item as we load the truck and then hits the road. Your Dispatcher will be the main point of contact while your belongings are in transit and coordinates delivery window and assists will any special need/requests.
Phase 4: Delivery – We deliver your belongings on the scheduled date, carefully unload each item, and place everything in the rooms you’ve chosen. Our team will reassemble any disassembled furniture, remove packing materials, and walk through your home with you to confirm that everything is where it should be.

Phase 3: Professional Packing & Pickup
On moving day, our crew arrives on time, walks through your home with you, and reviews any special instructions. We protect floors, doors, and high-traffic areas before loading begins. Our team carefully wraps and pads furniture, secures fragile items, and labels boxes for easy unloading. If you’re worried about damage, heavy items, or last-minute changes, we take the time to address your concerns and make sure you feel comfortable before the truck leaves your driveway.
Phase 4: Delivery, Placement & Final Walkthrough
At delivery, our team unloads your belongings with care, placing furniture and boxes in the rooms you’ve chosen. We reassemble items that were taken apart and adjust placement as needed. If you’re concerned about missing items, damage, or where things should go, we review your inventory with you and complete a final walkthrough together.
